Mr. Shubert has appraised major office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial properties, residential buildings, vacant land, and a wide variety of special purpose properties. Assignments have been completed for acquisition, sale, mortgage financing, development feasibility, syndication, estate tax valuation, certiorari, and condemnation purposes. He has acted as an advisor to major corporations, and has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts.
